# 充值提现指南
#### **EXBit 充值提现指南**
**一、充值指南**
**1. 充值指南（APP）**
打开 EXBit App，依次点击【资产】→【充值】。
**操作步骤**
**（1）选择币种**
页面跳转后，请搜索或选择您需要充值的数字货币。以 USDT 为例，点击进入对应币种。
**（2）选择网络**
进入充值详情页后，请选择转账网络。例如选择 ERC20 后，系统将显示专属充值地址及二维码。
**重要提醒**
* 转账网络必须与您提现平台选择的网络保持一致（如均为 ERC20），否则可能导致资产永久丢失且无法找回
* 请务必核对代币合约地址是否一致，确保与 EXBit 平台支持的合约地址相同
* 部分币种存在多链（如 USDT），选择错误网络将导致充值失败
**（3）发起转账**
点击“复制地址”或扫描二维码，将地址填写至提币平台，并按对方平台流程完成转账。
**（4）等待到账**
转账发起后，需等待区块链网络确认。到账后，您可在【资金账户】查看资产余额。
**（5）查看记录**
您还可以点击充值页面右上角【充值记录】，查看充值进度与历史详情。
**充值注意事项**
1. 请务必确认币种与网络一致，否则资产可能永久丢失
2. 部分币种存在最小充值金额限制，低于该金额将无法到账
3. 到账时间取决于区块链网络情况，通常为几分钟至数小时不等
4. 每次充值前建议重新核对地址（部分币种可能因升级发生变化）

**重要提醒**
* 网络必须一致，否则资产可能丢失
* 请核对合约地址，确保与 EXBit 平台一致

**（3）发起转账**
复制充值地址或扫码，在提币平台完成转账。
**（4）查看到账**
到账后，可在【资产】页面查看余额。
**（5）查看充值记录**
通过【充值记录】查看历史交易详情。

2. 小额充值可能无法到账
3. 网络拥堵可能导致延迟
