# Common issues of presentation

#### In relation to liquidity charges

***(1) What is a charge for cash charges?***

Disbursement charges are a chain fee that you have to pay when you remove a digital asset from the EXBIT account to an external wallet address or other trading platform.

This fee is mainly used to cover the costs of sector chain network miners (Network Fee / Gas Fee) to ensure that your transactions are packaged, broadcast and confirmed by nodes.

***(ii) What is the charge for cash charges?***

The billing fee for EXBIT is not usually fixed.

Because of the extent of congestion in the different block chain networks, the Gas cost level and the cost of nodal processing, real time changes, the Platform will make dynamic adjustments to the transaction costs of different currencies and chains, depending on the network.

Therefore, you may see different handling fees when you choose different chains at different times.

***(3) Why would the charge for withdrawal change?***

The state of operation of the block chain network is volatile, mainly in the following areas:

1\. Network congestion is different

When the volume of network transactions increases, chain fees tend to rise simultaneously.

2 Different chain costs

Different networks have different fee mechanisms for miners, such as the ERC20 network, which is usually costly, while the TRC20 network is usually lower.

3\. Market fluctuations affect transaction activity

When markets are volatile and transactions surge, the increased demand for chain transfers can also lead to higher transaction costs.

Therefore, the transaction fee of EXBIT will be adjusted dynamically to the actual situation of the block chain network in order to ensure, as far as possible, that the transaction will be completed successfully.

***(4) Where do you view the current billing fees?***

You can see real-time cash charges for each currency and network on the EXBIT account presentation page.

Before submitting a submission, please make sure that the latest cost information is available on the page.

***(5) Non-payment of currency***

When digital assets are presented from EXBIT to external wallets or other platforms, they usually go through three stages:

System audit Block confirmation \*\*

#### 2. System audit (EXBIT processing phase)

After you have submitted your request for a cash withdrawal, you will be asked to apply for the necessary system clearance and wind verification.

The review may include, but is not limited to:

Account security status

Login Environment Recognition

Current as risk identification

Mailbox/SMS/Google validation

Audit of transfers of assets within the Platform

Following the audit, the Platform usually produces the cashed block chain trade Hash value, i.e. TxID / Hash.

When you see the generated HASH in \[presentation record], it usually means:

1\. EXBIT has completed internal processing

2\. Funds successfully broadcast to block chain networks

3\. Follow-up progress will depend on the processing of the block chain network and receiving platform

#### 3. Block confirmation (link confirmation phase)

Once the transaction has entered the block chain network, it needs to wait for the miners or nodes to be packed and confirmed.

The time required for this phase is not entirely controlled by the platform but depends on the actual state of the chain.

Please note the following:

1\. Different recognition rules for different block chain networks

There are differences in recognition mechanisms for networks such as ERC20, TRC20 and BEP20.

2\. Different rules of entry for different receiving platforms

Some platforms require fewer confirmations to arrive, while others require more confirmations.

3\. Network congestion affects account time

When the block chain network is busy, transaction confirmation may be significantly delayed.

4\. Uncertainty confirmed

The time required to confirm on the chain is not fixed and the platform is not able to ensure accurate timing.

You can check the current status with the corresponding block browser through TxID / Hash in the current record.

#### 4. Registration of each other ' s platforms (receiver processing phase)

When a block chain confirmation meets the requirements of the receiving platform, the assets are normally automatically recorded by the receiving platform system.

If:

Block Chain Browser Show transactions completed

The receiving address is correct.

However, the receiving platform account is still not reflected in the accounts

This usually indicates that the transaction has succeeded in reaching the chain address of the receiving platform, but the other platform has not yet completed its internal accounting.

In this case, the EXBIT completes the full range of processes within the control of the Platform, and you are advised to contact the reception of the Platform ' s guest service for further verification.

#### (1) How do we look at the details and progress of the withdrawal?

On the basis of the chain network used, you can go to the corresponding block browser and enter any of the following information for queries:

Hash (TxID)

Cash Address

Receiving Address

In block browsers, you can usually view:

Transaction Status

Confirmed

Amount transferred

Launch and Receive

Time of transaction

Network charges

#### (2) Common block browser

BEP\20 (BNB Smart Chain)

ERC\20 (Etheum)

\[<https://otherscan.io/>] (<https://otherscan.io/>)

TRAC\20(TRON)

\[<https://tronscan.org/\\\\/>] (<https://tronscan.org/#/>)

#### (3) Example of the query (in BSC chain)

You can enter a transaction Hash (TxID) or a cashing address in the BSC block browser search box to see the full chain of the transfer, including:

Status of transactions

Current confirmations

4\. Amount transferred

5\. Transfer of address

6\. Receiving address

7\. Current processing progress

#### What if we don't get the money?

If you are late after the launch of the cash withdrawal EXBIT , please follow the following order:

***Step 1: Confirm whether TxID has been generated***

If you have not seen the transaction in the presentation record, it is usually stated that the request is still at the stage of Platform approval.

Please be patient at this time, or contact the Platform's guest service to confirm your clearance status.

***Step 2: Confirm the chain state of the block***

If TxID has been generated, go to the corresponding block browser to check the trade status:

1, if the block chain shows no confirmation

Please continue to wait.

2, if the block chain shows confirmed

It is indicated that the transaction has been successfully chained and the transfer has been completed, after which the receipt platform will have to be recorded.

***Step 3: confirm whether the receiving platform has been processed***

If completion is confirmed on the chain, but the receiving platform is still outstanding, the system is usually not yet accounted for on the other platform.

It is recommended that you contact the recipient ' s customer service and provide:

TxID

Currency

Amount

Receiving Address

Relevant screenshots

For further verification of each other ' s platforms.

***Special note***

Once the block chain has been confirmed, the transaction cannot normally be withdrawn, intercepted or reprocessed.

Therefore, if the block chain browser shows that the transaction has been successfully completed and the other platform is not available, please contact the receiving platform for processing as a matter of priority.

#### Security alerts

In order to secure your accounts and assets, it is recommended that all users should pay attention to the following when using the platform:

***1. Commence multiple security verification***

It is recommended that you bind and open:

Mailbox Authentication

Phone Text Authentication

Google Validator (2FA)

Login protection and cash verification

Multiple validations can effectively reduce the risk of theft of accounts.

***2. Protection against fishing websites and false customer service***

Please make sure that the platform is accessed through EXBIT official channels, do not click on an unknown link, and do not trust any private account that claims to be “official guest service”.

In the case of accounts, funds or authentication codes, contact the Platform ' s guest service only through channels within official stations.

***3. Secure and secure account information***

Do not disclose to anyone the following information:

Login Password

Funds Password

Text Authentication Code

Mailbox authentication code

Google Authentication Code

API Key (if any)

EXBIT official staff will not ask you for full authentication code or password for any reason.

#### 7. Transaction risk

The price volatility of digital assets is high, and there is a risk of leveraging and magnifying contractual transactions.

Please make reasonable arrangements for trading funds according to their own risk tolerance and be careful to engage in high-risk trade products.
