# Common problems of filling

### I. Common problems of filling

#### 1. Unpaid currency

EXBIT , why is the charge not paid?

Hello, digital assets are fully loaded from external platforms or wallets to EXBIT, usually going through three stages:

Counterpart billing Block confirmation EXBIT account\*\*

These three links are not necessary, so when you see “transfer success”, they do not necessarily mean that the funds have reached the EXBIT account.

***(1) Discounts***

When you have initiated a coin on a tender platform, wallet or other exchange, the " successful " or " sent " page usually indicates that the money has been sent from the other side ' s platform and is being processed in a block chain network.

Please note, however, that this represents only the transfer of assets from the other party ' s account and does not represent receipt and recording of EXBIT.

***(2) Block confirmation***

When funds enter the block chain network, they need to be packed through nodes and identified in sufficient quantities.

The number of confirmations required for the different block chain networks varies, as does the speed of entry for different currencies and chains.

When the block chain network is more traded and congested, the speed of confirmation may be significantly slower, so that:

Full value delayed display to account

Block Browser display 'Pending / Unrecognized '

Lower number of block confirmations and lack of compliance with Platform entry requirements

Such cases usually fall within the processing delays of the block chain network itself and are not unusual for the platform.

***(3)(EXBIT )***

When the full value transaction reaches the block confirmation required by EXBIT, the system automatically records.

Normally, the Platform will complete the accounting as soon as the confirmation requirements are met. However, there may also be some delay in peak periods, during system maintenance or in the case of individual special currencies.

***2. If the value is not paid for a long time, how should it be checked?***

If you have long outstanding funds, check as follows:

Case 1: the block chain shows no confirmation and the number does not meet Platform requirements

This means that the transaction is still being confirmed by the block chain network. Upon confirmation of the required number, the system EXBIT will normally automatically complete the account entry.

Case 2: the block chain shows that the confirmations have met the Platform ' s requirements, but the accounts remain outstanding

If you find, through a block browser, that the transaction has reached the corresponding confirmation, but the EXBIT account still does not show assets, please contact the EXBIT official online passenger service as soon as possible and provide the following information:

Register UID

Currency

Number of Fills

Fill Address

Checkout of each other's platforms for money.

Block Chain Trading ID (HASH)

Related pageshots

The customer service will assist you in further verification upon receipt of information.

Case 3: The block chain shows success, but the platform is still outstanding

If the block browser clearly shows that the transaction has been successfully completed and that the platform is still outstanding, please contact the EXBIT official guest service as soon as possible, with the Platform assisting in further checking the reasons.

***3. How to view the details of the filling and progress?***

You can use HASH/TxID of the transaction for the corresponding block browser.

From the block browser, you usually see:

Whether the transaction was successfully launched

Current confirmation status

Validation completed

Amount transferred

Transfer address to account address

Network charges

The address of the common block browser is as follows:

BEP\20 (BSC chain)

ERC\20 (ETH chain)

\[<https://otherscan.io/>] (<https://otherscan.io/>)

TRC\20(TRON chain)

\[<https://tronscan.org/\\\\/>] (<https://tronscan.org/#/>)

Query examples

Take the BSC chain as an example, you can open the BSC block browser and enter in the search box:

Transactions Hash or Filling Address

You can see details of the charge and current processing progress.

#### 2. Filling error

Guide to the processing of filling errors

If the asset is not properly accounted for as a result of an operational error in filling, refer to the corresponding treatment, depending on:

***(1) Currency to nonEXBIT address***

If you charge a digital asset to an address that is not generated by the platform, i.e. it does not belong to your EX account, the platform will not normally be able to assist in recovering the asset.

This is due to the irreversible nature of block chain transfers, which cannot be directly controlled or recovered by the platform once assets are transferred to the wrong address.

A warm reminder:

Please check your address carefully before filling it to make sure that the address shown on the filling page is exactly the same as the address you actually transferred.

***(2) The amount of the charge is less than the minimum charge***

The system may not be able to account automatically if the amount of the value is less than the minimum charge specified by the Platform.

Such small capitalizations are generally insufficient to cover the processing costs along the chain and the system identification requirements, which may result in assets not being properly accounted for and usually not recovered.

Before filling, please look at the page display The minimum full amount hint to avoid loss of assets due to the small amount.

***(3) Wrong currency to another currency address***

For example:

Filling BTC to addresses that do not support BTC

Filling other currencies to the filling address of the wrong chain

It's the right currency, but the wrong network.

Such cases are common “misfilling” “mischain filling”.

In cases where some of the technical recoverable conditions are in place, the platform may assist the author ' s workers in recovering the application, but there is no guarantee that it will be recovered.

If you need to apply for processing, please contact EXBIT for an official online service and prepare the following information:

Register UID

Currency

Number of Fills

Fill Address

Block Chain Trading ID (HASH)

Question specification

Relevant interdiction information

The platform will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and further confirmation by the relevant technical team that the conditions for recovery are in place.

***(4) Value of unlined currency***

If you mischaracterize EXBIT current unsupported or unconnected to the platform address, please contact EXBIT official passenger service in a timely manner.

The platform will refer the issue to the wallet technical team for assessment, depending on the actual situation.

Please note:

Such situations are often more difficult to address.

We need a technical team.

The processing cycle is generally longer

The corresponding handling or technical processing costs may arise

I can't promise I'll get it back.

As a rule, it takes at least one week or more to process it.

#### Three, sweet hints.

In order to avoid asset losses due to a charge error, please focus on checking the following information before each charge:

Is the currency correct?

Is the chain type correct?

Correct Filling Address

Whether the full amount is greater than the minimum required

Whether the platform supports the currency and the network
