# GUIDELINES FOR THE RETURN OF FUNDS

As a digital asset trading platform, EXBIT  values the security of the user ' s assets and, to the extent that technical conditions permit, will assist the user in addressing the problem of filling anomalies caused by operational errors.

If you find that the amount of the charge is not properly recorded in the   EXBIT  account, you can submit an application for return through the official passenger service. Upon receipt of information, the Platform will independently review and assess each application.

#### 1. Applicable to recovery

In general, the following prerequisites are usually met for entering the recovery process:

1\. The address to which the transfer was made belongs to your   EXBIT  filling address

, the target address for which you are actually charged must be the address assigned to you by the platform, not the address of another person or third party.

2\. Area chain trading status successfully confirmed

The transaction was shown as a success in the block browser and met the corresponding network confirmation requirements.

It is only when the above conditions are met that it is possible for the Platform to further assess the availability of technology to recover.

#### 2. Not applicable to recovery

The following cases are generally outside the scope of the Platform ' s recovery assistance:

1, Wrong address

If you transfer funds to an address that is not generated by   EXBIT, or to an address that is unknown, belongs to another platform or private wallet,   EXBIT  will not normally be able to intervene.

2, transfers to others

If you do not transfer the assets directly to another individual, business or third party platform to   EXBIT, the action is not a platform filling back to the scene.   EXBIT can not be handled.

3, very small charge

When the value is very low and is below the system processing requirements, it is usually not possible to recover manually.

4\. Technological irreversibility

Part of the wrong chain, wrong currency or contractual interaction may not be restored technically, and the platform will inform you based on the actual assessment.

The recovery process varies from case to case, and the processing cycles and costs of common situations are usually associated with:

Does it involve a wallet technical team involvement?

Current processing schedule

Costs are usually collected only if successful recovery or compliance with the charge-back rules

Please comply strictly with the information provided in the client's service to complete the payment and to avoid the error of payment affecting the progress of the processing.

3, pending outcome

When the payment is completed, the platform will arrange for the corresponding team to continue the process, and you can follow up on the progress through the client service.

#### 5. Important reminders

All funds must be recovered through official channels.

Do not trust any unofficial individuals, communities or third-party intermediaries.

The platform will do its best to help, but can't promise 100% success.
