# Contact the customer service

If you have problems with accounts, filling, cash withdrawal, transactions, security, etc. while using   EXBIT, you can seek help through   EXBIT official passenger service channels.

In order to improve the efficiency of your handling, you are advised to prepare as much complete information as possible when submitting a submission, for example:

Register UID

Problem description

Relevant screenshots

Block Trading Hash / TxID

Currency Name

Fill or Cash Address

Time of occurrence

The more complete the information, the faster the platform will help you locate and deal with the problem.
